The core of Camp staff serves as missionaries on a year-round, full-time basis. In addition, Camp employs contracted staff, and is supplemented with three types of seasonal staff. (Teen to college age) Throughout the year, staff numbers range from 25 to 180.

Although camp employs contracted staff, the missionary staff raises support for living and ministry expenses through donations from committed individuals, churches, and businesses. Donations to Camp staff support are tax deductible under IRS Code section 501(c)(3). Camp exerts every effort to honor any stated designation. Staff members believe that God's will is confirmed through financial provision.
