Sunday Check-In

• Check-In Times

  • 1:45pm-3:00pm on Sundays for all camps
  • Note: Wednesday check-in for Pioneer Camp 2.2 and Pioneer Camp 4.2
    are from 1:30pm-3:00pm at Mountain Village

• Check-In at the Youth Center

  • Parking attendants will direct you once you arrive at Camp
  • Be patient! If your camper is registered, we have a place for them!
    Help us by having all your paperwork out and ready
  • At the Youth Center you will: check-in; turn in all your paperwork and medications; and make any necessary payments
  • After you “Check-In” at the Youth Center, you and your camper will be directed to the appropriate camp location; once there, your camper will meet their counselor and be assigned to a Cabin or TP
  • Plan to arrive early! It may take more than 1 hour to check-in on busy weeks

Saturday Check-Out

• Check-Out Times

  • 8:00am-9:00am on Saturdays for all camps
  • Note: For Pioneer Camp 2.0 and Pioneer Camp 4.0
    Check-out times are from 8:00am-9:00am on Wednesday at Mountain Village

• Go directly to your child's camp

  • Parents are invited to join us for Saturday breakfast
  • Breakfast will be served at 8:00am at each camp
  • Following breakfast, a video will be shown of your child's week at Camp
