Full-time Missionary Staff:

Full-time staff are required to raise support for living, ministry, and housing expenses. These jobs run year-round. Camp housing may or may not be available. For more information call 303-838-5668.

  • Full-time Cook

    Must have ability to cook for our summer camps, Mountain Lab Schools and retreats. Must be able to tolerate standing for many hours and heavy lifting at times. Cooks must be able to supervise kitchen staff during set-up and clean up. Must be able to cook for 50 to 150.

  • Assistant Summer Program Director

    This person will assist the Summer Program Director with staff recruiting and training, curriculum and program development, and directing the summer program, plus other duties.

  • Assistant Bookkeeper

    The main responsibilities of this person would include posting receivables and processing donor receipts.

  • CFO

    Must have knowledge with financial and budgeting practices. Must be able to develop the budgets for each department and be an important part of the managing team; supervise the finances, bookkeeping and data processing staff.

  • Computer Administrator

    Must have working knowledge of networking, internet, and programs such as File Maker Pro and Adobe Page Maker. Position requires maintenance of 26-30 systems on network and upkeep on Webb site.

Summer Staff:

These positions are filled for the summer season mainly by high school and college-aged individuals. Applicants have the option to raise support, receive a salary, or serve on a voluntary basis. Check out all the positions available for summer staff.

MLS Instructors:

MLS stands for Mountain Lab Schools. These staff members are hired for the fall and spring to teach in our Outdoor Education Program. These staff are paid a wage and encouraged to raise support as well. If you are interested in going into ministry with youth or child education this is a great opportunity to see and experience these fields! This is an outdoor education based on a Biblical World View.

Weekend Help:

These positions are usually geared toward high school students, or families with older children. These individuals or families come on weekends to help in the kitchens during rentals or retreats. Workers have the option to earn points toward summer camp.

Volunteers:

Camp greatly depends on individuals who volunteer their skills and time to our ministry. Those interested in participating may contact our office for information at 303-838-5668.
