COMPUTER ADMINISTRATOR
I. QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have computer skills, which include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Filemaker Pro, Microsoft NT Server (CT only) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of computer maintenance, repair, upgrading and troubleshooting.
- Gift of Administration.
II. RESPONSIBLE TO: Executive Director
III. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all office computers.
- Set up all office e-mail accesses.
- Set up all e-mail accounts for staff.
- Maintain e-mail program.
- Maintain web page information if not managed off site.
- Oversee all computer and network maintenance.
- Oversee computer programming.
- Purchase all necessary software and hardware.
