COMPUTER ADMINISTRATOR

I. QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Must have computer skills, which include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Filemaker Pro, Microsoft NT Server (CT only) or equivalent.
  2. Knowledge of computer maintenance, repair, upgrading and troubleshooting.
  3. Gift of Administration.

II. RESPONSIBLE TO: Executive Director

III. RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Oversee all office computers.
  2. Set up all office e-mail accesses.
  3. Set up all e-mail accounts for staff.
  4. Maintain e-mail program.
  5. Maintain web page information if not managed off site.
  6. Oversee all computer and network maintenance.
  7. Oversee computer programming.
  8. Purchase all necessary software and hardware.
