Required Minimum
- Q. What is the minimum of people required to reserve a weekend?
- A. We require a minimum of 35 people to reserve a weekend. Contact our Guest Group Coordinator with any questions.
Provided Meals
- Q. Are meals available?
- A. Yes. Each of our facilities have there own kitchens and dining rooms. Our cooking staff will prepare all of your meals for the duration of your retreat. We will send you a menu with your contract for you to select the meals you would like served. Our kitchen facilities are not available for use by the group.
Accommodations
- Q. What are the accommodations?
- A. We have 4 separate facilities.
- Mountain Village sleeps 130 in 23 cabins supplied with heat and electricity, but no plumbing. There is a central bathhouse, chapel, kitchen and outdoor chapel.
- Aspen View is a dormitory style facility that sleeps 120. It has a carpeted meeting room with a wood burning stove. It also has an expansive dining room and an outdoor chapel.
- Green Meadow Lodge is a dormitory-style facility with 96 beds in carpeted rooms. It features a dining room with a wood burning stove, a large chapel or meeting room, and an outdoor chapel.
- Tepee Camp with 16 Tepees
What To Bring
- Q. What should I bring with me?
- A. The most important items are bedding and toiletries along with the usual things for a weekend away. We do not provide linens for the beds or towels for the bathhouses. We ask that groups please bring their own.
Accessible Equipment
- Q. Do we have access to sound and video equipment?
- A. Each of our facilities has a separate chapel with a TV equipped with a DVD/VCR player. We can also supply an overhead projector and a media projector to plug into your laptops. We do allow groups access to our sound equipment, just ask for details.

- Q. How much does a weekend cost?
- A. Please contact our Guest Group Coordinator or request a retreat packet for our latest pricing information. Pricing depends on the number of people in the group, length of stay and number of meals.
