Dale and Susan were reared in Christian families and both placed their faith in Christ at an early age.  They have been married for 14 years and have four boys:  Matthew (12), Steven (11), Jeffrey (8) and Harry (4). 

Dale has several years of ministry experience through Blue Ridge Bible Church and Christian Service Brigade.  At the age of 15, Dale began serving at Hidden Lake Brigade Camp and in the following years he worked in various capacities, including teen and adult counselor and program director.  For the past 14 years, Dale has worked for a telecommunications company in Kansas City, Missouri and served at Blue Ridge in youth ministry, finance, missions, Christian education and as a deacon. 

The Lord led Dale and Susan to Camp in March, 2005 and both are excited to see how the Lord will use Dale's gift of administration and his passion for youth ministry at Camp.
