About Us

Who We Are

IdRaHaJe has a great history in the Denver area, and has been impacting many lives for Jesus Christ since 1948. Our name comes from a song titled, "I'd Rather Have Jesus". If you take the first two letters from each word of the title, you get Id-Ra-Ha-Je!

Our purpose is to provide a fun and educational experience in Christian living which will be used as a tool to lead young people to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and in-depth personal discipleship based on the ministry of God's Word, and empowered by Him, so that we might have a significant part in "presenting man complete in Christ." (Colossians 1:28)

What We Do

To achieve our purpose of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ, we run various programs throughout the year. IdRaHaJe runs its largest programs during the summer with our residential and adventure camps, Narrow Way Expeditions. Our year-round programs include Mountain Lab School which services over 50 schools and 2,600 students every school year with our unique, instructor led program. We also offer amazing retreats with a scene only God could create full of woodlands, meadows, and mountains, all located on 262 acres. IdRaHaJe is located in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, just outside Bailey, CO.
