  • Check-In Times

    • 2:00pm-4:00pm on Sundays for all camps
    • Note: For Pioneer Camp 3.5 and Pioneer Camp 8.5
      Check-in times are from 2:00pm-4:00pm on Wednesday at Mountain Village

  1. Check in at the Youth Center

    • Parking attendants will direct you once arrive at Camp
    • At the Youth Center, you will turn in all your paperwork, medications and pay any balanaces due

  2. Check in at the Camp your camper is signed up for

    • Once there, your camper will meet their counselor and be assigned to a Cabin or TP
  • Plan to arrive early! It may take more than 1 hour to check-in on busy weeks
  • Be patient! If your camper is registered, we have a place for them! Help us by having all your paperwork out and ready.

  • Check-Out Times

    • 8:00am-9:00am on Saturdays for all camps
    • Note: For Pioneer Camp 3.0 and Pioneer Camp 8.0
      Check-out times are from 8:00am-9:00am on Wednesday at Mountain Village

  1. Go directly to your child's camp

    • Breakfast will be served at 8:00am at each camp
    • Following breakfast, a video will be shown of your child's week at camp
